Drills, stretches, and exercises to enhance flexibility. This class will improve strength and flexibility in both flying, tumbling, and jumping. Open to all athletes.
This class will work the basics and fundamentals of tumbling. Forward rolls, hand stands, cartwheels, back bends.
This class is designed for athletes with level 1 tumbling that are perfecting technique as well as preparing for back handsprings and level 2 tumbling.
Offers a class for athletes working specialty passes (front walkover, punch front, into tucks and layouts)
This class is designed for our semi travel athletes who are working advanced level 1 tumbling skills and perfecting technique for their level and routine. (This class is highly suggested for our semi travel athletes and will focus learning advanced skills for their level 1 routine. If they are in this class and are working strong technique within advanced skills, they will be able to attend our 1.5 class and begin intro to handsprings as well!)
This class will focus on level 5/6 tumbling skills. Prerequisite for this class is a full.
Open to ALL flyers and required for all elite flyers. This class will work flexibility and body positions specific to improving strength, stability, and balance.
Will work on developing strength in muscles needed to increase the range of motion to develop hyper-extended jumps through drills and exercises.
Improves the stamina of athletes to help them succeed in fast-paced, high-intensity routines
Our Tumbling classes maintain a safe and well structured training environment. All classes are offered on a 4 Week Monthly Session. Here at NFINITE we focus on strength, flexibility, skill building, and conditioning to perform and excel in skills.
Tumbling classes are open to anyone ages 3-18. You do not have to be a NFINITE athlete to attend! Below is a description of each of our classes:
Jump classes are designed to work and enhance an athlete’s jumps by developing the strength in muscles needed to increase range of motion to develop hyper extended jumps through drills and jumping. We focus on correct arm placement and approach of jumps in addition to the actual jump flexibility.
Jump Classes are a 1 hour class offered as drop in.
Flyer Flexibility & Technique Classes are offered as drop in. These classes are designed to enhance flyer flexibility by increasing range of motion in areas needed to hyper extend body positions. Drills, stretches, and exercises specific to improving strength, stability, and balance are trained.
NFINITE offers several different camps and clinics including choreography, summer pop up camps, stunt clinics, clean up clinics, team tumbling classes, and floor rentals.
NFINITE offers competitive teams for every age and ability level as well as cheerleading training programs for all of your interests! Whether it be all star, high school, or recreation cheer, our training will help you succeed in the sport of cheer!
