This class focuses on flyer flexibility and is required for all flyers in the gym without a needle.
This class is for any athlete looking to learn the fundamentals of level 1 tumbling. There are no prerequisites for this class and no prior experience is necessary.
This class is for athlete's who have mastered Level 4 tumbling skills and are beginning to twist. Prerequisite: Layout
his class is for athletes with strong Level 1 Tumbling. They must be able to perform connected back walkovers, front walkovers, and back walkover switch with good technique.
This class is open to any athlete looking to improve their stamina in order to thrive in a fast-paced routine. Lady Bullets non-tumblers must be in this class.
This class is for athletes who can perform a round off handspring full or are rostered on our Level 5 team.
This class focuses on flyer flexibility as well as correctly pulling body positions. This class is required for all flyers in the gym once a week.
This class is for athletes with a strong back handspring and round off back handspring.
This class is for athletes with a strong front walkover through to series back handsprings.
Our Tumbling classes maintain a safe and well structured training environment. All classes are offered on a 4 Week Monthly Session. Here at NFINITE we focus on strength, flexibility, skill building, and conditioning to perform and excel in skills.
Tumbling classes are open to anyone ages 3-18. You do not have to be a NFINITE athlete to attend! Below is a description of each of our classes:
Jump classes are designed to work and enhance an athlete’s jumps by developing the strength in muscles needed to increase range of motion to develop hyper extended jumps through drills and jumping. We focus on correct arm placement and approach of jumps in addition to the actual jump flexibility.
Jump Classes are a 1 hour class offered as drop in.
Flyer Flexibility & Technique Classes are offered as drop in. These classes are designed to enhance flyer flexibility by increasing range of motion in areas needed to hyper extend body positions. Drills, stretches, and exercises specific to improving strength, stability, and balance are trained.
NFINITE offers several different camps and clinics including choreography, summer pop up camps, stunt clinics, clean up clinics, team tumbling classes, and floor rentals.
NFINITE offers competitive teams for every age and ability level as well as cheerleading training programs for all of your interests! Whether it be all star, high school, or recreation cheer, our training will help you succeed in the sport of cheer!
